Terms of Use - The Boring Stuff!

Basically we try to ensure this website is as up to date as possible and if we don't have a product in stock we will let you know asap!

If you change your mind, no drama, you will just need to get the item back to us.

We will keep your info safe and will never pass it on to anyone that doesn't need it other than for the sale and delivery of items purchased on this site.

Customers who purchase an item or submit an enquiry will receive very occasional marketing material from Go Furniture (only) informing of new products, specials or discounts. The option to opt out and not receive this material will be supplied in an email.



If a product is not immediately available we will notify the purchaser within 48 hours.

Change of Mind

If you have a “change of mind” and no longer require an item please inform us asap. If the item has been shipped we will refund once returned to the supplier / Go Furniture HQ. Shipping back to us / supplier will need to be paid by the customer and can be subtracted from the appropriate refund.  Goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition. Please Note: This does not apply to damaged or faulty products – please see our Warranties page.
