Warranty - Legal Mumbo

In a nutshell all products have at least a 1 year manufacturers warranty. If an item arrives damaged we will sort it out asap at no cost - just let us know within 48 hours.

All products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

The Fine Print

All products sold on this website come with a minimum 1 year guarantee and are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (‘CGA’). Some products have a longer warranty period and this will be disclosed upon purchase.

If the goods we supply do not meet a consumer guarantee, we will meet our obligations under the CGA to provide a remedy (repair, replace, refund).

Any manufacturing faults or damage that occurs during transit must be reported within 48 hours.

The CGA does not apply where the goods have been used in a manner, or to an extent which is inconsistent with the manner or extent of use that a reasonable consumer would expect to obtain from the goods; and the goods would have complied with the guarantee of acceptable quality if they had not been used in the manner or to that extent.

The Supplier will make every effort to keep to delivery schedules, but will take no responsibility for delivery delays beyond its control. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the point of delivery will be at the point the goods leave the Supplier’s premises or, if the goods are to be transported to the Customer, at the point they are unloaded off the truck at the Customer’s premises.

The Supplier shall not be liable for loss or damages for delay in delivery or for failure to give notice of delay when such delay is due to conditions beyond the Supplier’s reasonable control.
